Fantasy Sports State Legislation

The FSGA’s Government Affairs Committee works with state and federal politicians, regulators, lobbyists, as well as individual FSGA member companies to monitor fantasy sports state legislation.

The FSGA legislative chart is available to members only, and includes the currently active, relevant bills and measures each state against our three core principles that were unanimously approved by the FSGA’s Board of Directors:

  • Clarification that fantasy sports contests are legal games of skill.
  • Common sense regulation.
  • Fee structures that allow small operators to remain viable in the state.
